About Mai Davies
Mai is a journalist, television and radio broadcaster. Viewers of Sky News, and ITV Wales Politics will recognise Mai as a familiar face in British Broadcasting.
As well as being a broadcaster, she is much in demand as a television presentation trainer and a media trainer for major companies and NGOs.
Mai has presented programmes for a variety of channels including Channel 5, BBC Radio 4 and 5 Live, BBC World Service.

About Zach Barfield
Zach is currently, CEO & Co-Founder of Stuffed Animals Media. Zach and his team, which includes some top names in technology, media and the digital world, also consult on various Media related projects.
Zach works at the forefront of the Digital Media Revolution for the last 3 years. He has spoken on Digital Media at various conferences and sat on various panels including BAFTA, BECTU, Broadcast, ITP and others. He has just started to teach about Digital Media and the Future of Entertainment and has been approached to write a book about the subject, which he is working on.
As a Serial Entrepreneur, he started at school selling things to his classmates. He has been involved with creation of over 11 businesses including; Property, Labour Subcontractors, Bars, Restaurants, Nightclubs, Event Management and Security. His clients and partners have included celebrities, diplomats and companies such as OK magazine, Sony, 20th Century Fox, Balfour Beatty, K-bar Group and many more.
Zach trained as an Actor at Arts Educational School and has been involved in Film and TV production for over ten years. He has written and produced shorts, worked in script development and script writing. He has produced a number of projects, culminating in ‘Travaux’, a Cannes 2005 ‘Director’s Fortnight’ film. He has consulted on film projects and film funds both in North America, the UK and globally totalling over $200 million dollars in funding.
He sits on a number of boards as a Non-Executive Director.
He is currently studying an MBA at Cass Business School as part of the Film Business Academy, with no undergraduate degree. He is a qualified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming & Master Hypnotist. He has also, achieved qualifications in Story & Scriptwriting and Film Producers Courses.
He is an International Advisory Board member for Global Angels, a Prince’s Trust Business Mentor and a speaker/volunteer for Asthma UK. He was the Vice Chair of the New Producers Alliance & Trustee for MASH, an asthma charity.
